刘世锦简介_2015网易经济学家年会

1953年7月生，北京市人，1987年6月加入中国共产党，1970年7月参加工作，财政部财政科学研究所财政专业研究生毕业，获经济学硕士学位。1994年至1996年任驻世界银行中国副执行董事，1997年至1998年分别任财政部国债金融司副司长、国际司副司长。

1998年至2001年任财政部国际司司长，2001年至2004年任驻世界银行中国执行董事，2004年至2007年2月任财政部国际司司长，2007年2月至2010年5月任财政部部长助理、党组成员。2010年5月至现在任财政部副部长。

Zhu Guangyao. Mr. Zhu was born in July 1953 in Beijing, he joined the Communist party of China, entered the work force in July 1970. Mr. Zhu graduated from finance department of Research Institute for Fiscal Science under Ministry of Finance with a master's degree in economics. From 1994 to 1996, he served as Deputy Executive Member of Board of Directors of China of the World Bank. From 1997 to 1998, he served as Deputy Director of National Debt Finance Department of Ministry of Finance and Deputy Director of International Department of Ministry of Finance. From 1998 to 2001, he worked as Director of International Department of Ministry of Finance. From 2001 to 2004, he was Executive Member of Board of Directors of China of the World Bank. From 2004 to February 2007， he worked as Director of International Department of Ministry of Finance. February 2007 to May 2010, he worked as Assistant Minister and Leading Party Group Member of Ministry of Finance. Since May 2010, he has been serving as Vice-Minister of Ministry of Finance.
