曾长期在国有企业工作，经历过生产、技术、管理、研究等岗位。曾先后在国家国有资产管理局企业司、国家经贸委国企脱困办、财政部研究所、国务院国资委企业改革局工作，参与国企改革政策制定，政策实施。

Mr. Zhou has long work experiencec in the state-owned enterprises, holding various positions in production, technology, management, research and other fields. He served in Enterprise Department of State-owned Assets Administration Bureau, State-owned Enterprises Recovery Office of State Economic and Trade Commission, Research Institute of Ministry of Finance, Enterprise Reform Bureau of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, participating in policy formulation and implementation for the state-owned enterprise reform.
