汤敏简介_2015网易经济学家年会

汤敏，1953年生于北京。1984年，赴美留学，成为美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校经济系博士研究生；1987年获国际金融与贸易硕士。1989年年获国际金融与贸易，计量经济学博士。

1989年，博士毕业后，汤敏被亚洲开发银行经济发展研究中心聘为经济学家，负责东亚经济、区域间经济合作、亚洲债务、亚洲金融市场方面的研究。2000年，作为亚洲开发银行驻中国代表处首席经济学家回国工作，为亚洲开发银行驻中国代表处副代表。2007年8月1日起，正式履新中国发展研究基金会副秘书长。

Mr. Tang was born in Beijing in 1953. In 1984, he went to the United States to become a doctoral student of the Department of Economics of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received a Master of international finance and trade in 1987. In 1984, he went to the United States to become a doctoral student of the Department of Economics of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received a Doctoral Degree in international finance and trade, a Doctoral Degree in Econometrics.

In 1989, after received Doctoral Degree, Mr. Tang was hired as Economist by Economic Development Center of Asian Development Bank. he was in charge of research regarding to East Asian economic, regional economic cooperation, Asian debt, Asian financial markets In 2000, he returned to China as the Chief Economist of Asian Development Bank China Office, served as Deputy Representative of Asian Development Bank China Office. Since August 1, 2007, he officially appointed as Deputy Secretary General of the China Development Research Foundation.
