梁兆基简介_2015网易经济学家年会

梁兆基先生现为香港上海汇丰银行副主席兼行政总裁的全职顾问，负责亚太区整体业务发展策略及经济事务。在2005年晋升现职之前，梁先生是汇丰集团大中华区首席经济师。他在1994年加入汇丰银行，出任高级经济师，并于1996年晋升为经济研究部主管。

梁先生是商界资深的经济师及政策评论家，并曾先后出任多项公职，包括前香港总商会经济事务委员会主席、前太平洋经济合作组织香港委员、香港银行公会轮任署理主席、香港特区政府金融发展局现任成员，和曾任多个政府顾问委员会的委员。他亦现为多间大学学术和公共机构的荣誉顾问。

Mr leung joined HSBC as senior economist in 1994 and was appointed as head of economic research department in 1996. Mr leung is a renowned business economist and an influential public policy commentator in the region. He also has a long record of public service,including chairman of the economic policy committee of the hong kong general chamber of commerce; alternate to chairman of the hong kong association of banks; and member of Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (Hong Kong Committee),Greater Pearl River Delta Business Council, Government Statistics Advisory Board, PCICB,etc. Mr leung is now a member of the hong kong financial service development council and also an honorary advisor to several public and tertiary institutions. Mr leung obtained his master of arts in economics from the university of Toronto,Canada in 1984. He also holds a MBS degree from the university of hong kong
