季晓南简介_2015网易经济学家年会

季晓南，经济学博士，教授，博导。曾任国家人事部政策法规司副司长、原国家经贸委政策法规司司长和研究室主任、国务院国资委研究室主任。2004年11月至今任国务院国有重点大型企业监事会主席（副部长级）。

曾多次参加中央有关文件起草。研究领域为经济体制改革、企业改革和发展、区域经济发展等。主要著作有《寻找有效结合》、《寻求新的发展》、《坚持和完善基本经济制度十论》、《企业绩效与制度选择》，主编《中国反垄断法研究》、《国有资产经营管理理论与实践》等书籍。在《经济日报》等主流媒体发表文章上百篇。

Doctor of Economics, Professor and Doctorial Tutor Mr. Ji served as Deputy Director of Department of Policies and Laws of Ministry of Personnel under the State Council, Director of Department of Policies and Laws of the National Economic and Trade Commission, Director of Study Office of SASAC under the State Council. Since November 2004, Mr.Ji is Chairman of the Supervisory Board for Key Large State-Owned Enterprises under the State Council (vice minister ranking). He often participates in drafting documents for Central Government. His research areas include economic reform, enterprise reform and development, regional economic development. He is the writer of "Finding effective combination", "Seek new development", "Ten theory of insist and improve the basic economic system", "Corporate performance and system selection"; chief editor of "Chinese anti-monopoly law studies" and "State-owned Assets Management Theory and Practice". Mr. Ji published hundreds of articles in the mainstream media such as Economic Daily .
