任志强简介_2015网易经济学家年会

任志强，现任北京华远浩利投资股份有限公司董事长和北京银行股份有限公司董事，曾任华远地产股份有限公司董事长。

他还是全国工商联房地产商会执行会长，中国房地产研究会副会长，阿拉善SEE生态协会会长。任志强先生曾当选为北京市西城区人大代表、北京市第九届、第十届、第十一届政协委员。多次发表各种房地产理论、市场、法规、管理等方面的文章，多次参与国务院、建设部政策法规的制定，包括2003年国务院“18号文件”的制定等。

Ren Zhiqiang now is Chairman of Beijing Huayuan HaoLi Investment Company and Director of Bank of Beijing. He served as Chairman of Beijing Huayuan Property Company. He aslo is executive director of China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, deputy director of China Real Estate and Housing Research Association, Chairman of the Society of Entrepreneurs and Ecology.

Mr. Ren Zhiqiang was elected as member of Xicheng District of Beijing; memeber of 9th, 10th, 11th CPPCC. He published several articles regarding real estate theories, market, regulatory, management and so on, Mr. Ren often participated often participated in drafting important documents regarding policy and law for the Ministry of Construction and the State Council, including the drafting of "Document No. 18" issued by the State Council in 2003.
