Long Yongtu
前博鳌亚洲论坛理事、秘书长
龙永图先生1965年毕业于贵州大学英文系，1973年至1974年在伦敦经济学院研究生院学习，获荣誉经济学博士学位。1978至1986年先后在中国驻联合国代表团、联合国开放计划署工作。1986年奉调回国，从1986年至2003年，先后任中国国际经济技术交流中心副主任、外经贸部国际司司长和外经贸部部长助理、副部长。1995年1月至2001年9月期间，他作为首席谈判代表，在第一线领导并最终成功结束了长达十五年的中国加入世贸组织的谈判。2003年1月至2010年7月，出任博鳌亚洲论坛秘书长，2010年7月起担任博鳌亚洲论坛国际咨询委员会委员。
Mr. Long Yongtu graduated from English Department of Guizhou University,. From 1973 to 1974, he studied at postgraduate School of the London School of Economics, , received an honorary doctorate in economics. From 1978 to 1986, he worked in the China's United Nations delegation and the UNDP. Mr. Long returned to China in 1986. From 1986 to 2003 he served as Deputy Director-general of China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges, Director-general of Department of International Relations of MOFTEC, Assistant Minister and Vice Minister of the Ministry. From January 1995 to September 2001, he served as chief negotiator and worked in the first line, ultimately successful ending fifteen years of China's WTO accession negotiations. From January 2003 to July 2010, he served as Secretary-General of Boao Forum for Asia, since July 2010, he worked as member of International Advisory Committee of Boao Forum.
