尹中卿简介_2015网易经济学家年会

尹中卿，1985年武汉大学政治经济学研究生毕业。1986年11月后，任全国人大常委会办公厅研究室经济组副组长、组长。1993年8月后，任全国人大常委会办公厅研究室副主任。2004年10月后，任全国人大常委会办公厅研究室主任、机关党组成员。2008年12月后，任十一届全国人大财经委员会副主任委员。2013年3月后，任十二届全国人大常委会委员、财经委员会副主任委员。

先后出版《中国政治制度》、《中国未来五年走向》、《社会主义法制理论读本》、《人大研究文萃》、《中国人大组织构成和工作制度》等著作，发表文章上百篇。

Yin Zhongqing.Mr.Yin graduated from political economy department of Wuhan University with a Master’s degree. Since November 1986, he served as Deputy Head and Head of Economics Group of Policy Research Office under General Office of Standing Committee of the NPC. Since August 1993, he served as Deputy Director of Policy Research Office under General Office of Standing Committee of the NPC. Since October 2004, he served as Director and Leading Party Group Member of Policy Research Office under General Office of Standing Committee of the NPC. Since December 2008, he served as Vice-chairman of Finance Committee under the 11th NPC. Since March 2013, he served as Member of Standing Committee of the 12th NPC and Vice-chairman of Finance Committee under the 12th NPC.

Mr. Yin has published hundreds of articles, his books include "China's political system", "The next five years of China," "Socialist legal system theory ", "NPC Research Digest", "Chinese National People's Congress organizational structure and work system" and so on.
