吴晓求，着名经济学家，金融证券研究专家，现任中国人民大学校长助理，金融与证券研究所所长，金融系教授，博士生导师，教育部长江学者特聘教授，国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员，中国证监会第九届发审委委员，中国金融学会常务理事。 　　

吴晓求教授在宏观经济、金融改革和资本市场等领域有深入独到研究，是我国经济学界在资本市场研究领域有重要影响力的专家之一，近期代表性着作主要有《互联网金融：理论与现实》、《中国资本市场制度变革研究》。

Currently Mr. Wu serves as Assistant to the President, Director of Finance and Securities Institute, Finance professor and Doctorial Tutor of Renmin University of China, Changjiang Scholar Professor, member of the Academic Degree Committee of the State Council, member of the ninth Issuance Examination Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission, standing director of China Society For Finance And Banking.

Professor Wu Xiaoqiu conducts an in in-depth study in such areas as the macroeconomics, financial reform and capital market, etc. He is one of the most influential experts on the field of capital markets in China’s economic circle.His recent representative works are including "Internet Finance: Theory and Reality" and "Research of China's capital market system reform".
