鲁政委先生1997年开始中国经济分析，2006年加盟兴业银行市场研究团队。对我国宏观经济和金融市场运行见解独到，被市场称为"预测帝"。曾多次应邀参加国务院和国家部委经济形势专家座谈会。

鲁政委先生2010年12月被上海市金融工作委员确定为"上海金融领军人才"。2011年7月在新华社上海分社举办的评选活动中荣获"首届沪上十大金融创新人物"称号。2011年和2012年连续两年被香港专业投资者杂志《The Asset（财资）》评为亚洲"人民币债券最佳分析师"。
