邱晓华
Qiu Xiaohua民生证券首席经济学家
邱晓华，1976年高中毕业后到农村插队务农；1978年3月考进厦门大学经济；1996-1997年度在美国斯坦福大学亚太研究中心作高级访问学者；1998年考入北京师范大学攻读国际金融博士学位；1996年至1997年在美国斯坦福大学亚太研究中心做高级访问学者。
1982年2月大学毕业后分配到国家统计局工作，历任国家统计局综合司副处长、处长、副司长，国家统计局总经济师兼新闻发言人；1997年任第八届全国青联委员、常委。
1998年9月到安徽省任省长助理；1999年9月起任国家统计局副局长；先后应聘担任厦门大学、中国科技大学、西安统计学院、北京师范大学、上海财经大学、中国社会主义学院兼职教授，中国社科院金融研究中心、中国体制改革研究会、中国农业部研究中心、清华大学中国经济研究中心研究员，中国卡斯特经济评价中心专家委员会主任。
2003年7月任中共国家统计局党组副书记。2005年11月任中共国家统计局党组书记；曾任国家统计局局长。2012年8月加盟民生，出任民生证券首席经济学家。
Qiu Xiaohua was sent to live and do farming in the countryside in 1976 and was enrolled in the Economics Department of Xiamen University in March, 1978. From 1996 to 1997.After graduating from university in Feb, 1982, Qiu Xiaohua began working in the National Bureau of Statistics and successively held the posts of the Deputy Division Chief, Division Chief, Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Department, the General Economist and Information Spokesman there. In 1997, he was elected as a standing member of the 8th All-China Youth Federation. He used to serve as the director of the State Statistics Bureau and serve as Chief Economist of Minsheng Securities.
