Zhang Chenghui国务院发展研究中心金融所所长。
经济学博士学位。1994年进入国务院发展研究中心工作，历任宏观经济研究部副研究员、研究室副主任。1998年破格晋升为研究员并任技术经济研究部研究室主任。2002年起任技术经济研究部副部长，2003年2月起任国务院发展研究中心金融研究所副所长,2011年12月起任金融研究所所长。1992.6至1992.12，曾赴日本樱花银行总部进修金融业务。2000年6月－12月，任日本综合研究开发机构（NIRA）客座研究员。
Ms. Chenghui Zhang has obtained a doctorate degree in Economics. In 1994, she began to work in the Development Research Center of the State Council and used to serve as the associate research of Macroeconomic Research Institute of the State Council and the vice director of State Council Research Office of the State Council. In 1998, an exception was made to promote her to the position of researcher and the research director of Technical and Economic Research Division. Ms. Chenghui Zhang became the vice minister of Technical and Economic Research Division in 2002. She was then appointed as the deputy director of Financial Research Institute of Development Research Center of the State Council in February 2003 and promoted to the director of Financial Research Institute of Development Research Center in December 2011. From June to December in 1992, Ms. Zhang went to Japan Sakura Bank Headquarters for advanced studies in Financial Services. From June to December in 2000, she worked in the Japan National Institute for Research Advancement as a visiting research fellow.
