马宇，商务部贸易与投资专家组成员、中华老字号专家委员会成员，中国体制改革研究会公共政策研究中心高级研究员，对外经济贸易大学特约研究员，CCTV财经节目评估专家、财经频道特邀评论员。山东省、广东省、北京市、重庆市、广州市外经贸事务咨询顾问。1998年获国家突出贡献专家称号，享受国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴。主要研究领域为中国对外开放和外商投资、对外贸易政策。中国对外开放和利用外资、对外贸易政策、农产品贸易、行业发展、企业合资、招商引资战略等撰写了数百篇（部）研究文章、著作及经济评论，共计500余万字。

Ma Yu is a member of the Trade and Investment Panel and China’s Time-Honored Brands Panel at the Ministry of Commerce. He is also a senior research fellow at Public Policy Research Center, China Society of Economic Reform and a special research fellow at University of International Business and Economics. Ma Yu advices governments of Shandong, Guangdong, Beijing, Chongqing and Guangzhou on international business issues. He was named a National Expert with Distinguished Contribution in 1988 and have been receiving special government allowances from the State Council. Ma’s research efforts focus on China’s opening up, foreign investment, agricultural trade, M&A and investment attraction. He has published hundreds of academic papers, commentaries and books on these topics.
