刘红哿博士为建银国际证券有限公司研究部的董事兼首席经济师，并为副主管，负责宏观经济及投资策略的研究。

刘博士于2008年10月加入建银国际(中国)有限公司，负责管理北京研究团队，今年五月份开始派驻香港，出任首席经济师及副主管一职，专责中国宏观经济及投资策略研究。她曾于2006至2008年在Anglo Chinese 的企业融资部工作，并于2004至2006年任职于Fitch Ratings，研究通讯及航空业。刘博士还曾于中信证券和中国证券的研究部工作，研究宏观经济和政策，以及资讯科技和制药业。她获得中科院的社会科学博士学位，并获得剑桥大学的工商管理硕士。

Dr. Eliza Liu is Director, Chief Economist and Deputy Head of Research at CCBIS. She is responsible for macroeconomic analysis and investment strategy.

Dr. Liu joined CCBI (China) in October 2008. Originally based in Beijing, she was responsible for the daily management of the Beijing research team. Dr Liu relocated to CCBIS’ Hong Kong office in May to take up her current role as the Chief Economist and Deputy Head of Research. In this capacity, she covers the Chinese economy and sets the overall investment strategy for the Equity Research Division. Prior to CCBI, from 2006 to 2008, Dr. Liu worked at Anglo-Chinese Corporate Finance running its Beijing office. Before that, from 2004 to 2006, she was with Fitch Ratings covering the telecom and airline sectors. Dr. Liu has also worked in the research department of CITIC Securities and China Securities covering the macro economy and government policies in addition to the IT and pharmaceutical sectors. Dr. Liu holds a PhD from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and an MBA from Cambridge University.
