冯孝忠为恒生银行有限公司执行董事兼环球银行及资本市场业务主管，掌管该行多间金业丶资产管理及证券服务附属公司，以及负责该行环球市场业务。同时为兴业银行股份有限公司董事。

他现时担任多项公职，包括中央政策组特邀顾问丶医院管理局成员丶证券及期货事务监察委员会辖下之产品谘询委员会委员丶香港按揭证券有限公司董事丶香港公益金董事丶香港会计师公会理事会业外成员及劳工及福利局辖下之破产欠薪保障基金委员会委员。同时为第三届及第四届行政长官选举委员会（保险界）委员。

他毕业於香港大学（英国文学及翻译本科）并获岭南大学颁授荣誉院士荣衔。

Andrew Fung is Executive Director and Head of Global Banking and Markets of Hang Seng Bank. He oversees the Bank’s bullion, asset management and securities services subsidiary companies as well as the business for global markets. He is also a Director of Industrial Bank Co Ltd.

His present public appointments include Associate Member of the Central Policy Unit, Member of the Hospital Authority, Member of Products Advisory Committee for the Securities and Futures Commission, Director of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Ltd, Director of The Community Chest of Hong Kong, Lay Member of the Council of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Member of the Protection of Wages on Insolvency Fund Board for the Labour and Welfare Bureau. He is an Election Committee Member (Insurance Sub-sector) for 2007 & 2012 Chief Executive Election.

He is a degree holder of Bachelor of Arts, The University of Hong Kong and a Honorary Fellow of Lingnan University.
