陈国强简介_2014网易经济学家年会

陈国强，中国房地产学会副会长、北京大学教授。曾担任多家房地产开发企业高管职位，具有丰富的行业实践经验。2004年起先后担任华东理工大学房地产研究所所长、北京大学房地产研究所所长。目前主要研究领域为房地产经济、住房政策、土地政策、商业地产等。社会兼职有：北京房地产学会副会长、全国房地产经理人联合会副主席、中国商业地产联盟专家委员等。

Aside from being vice president of China Real Estate Society and a professor of Peking University, Chen Guoqiang has been executives at many real estate companies. Since 2004, he successively held the positions of Director of Real Estate Institution of East China University of Science and Peking University.As a scholar,Chen's research efforts focuse on real estate economy, housing policy, land policy and commercial property. He is also the vice chairman of National Association of Realtors of China and an expert commissioner of China Commercial Real Estate Association.
