自2000年1月起任中国光大银行股份有限公司副行长。曾任公司董事、南非代表处首席代表。1985年10月至1999年12月，历任中国银行伦敦分行副经理，河南省分行国际贸易结算处副处长、处长，河南省分行行长助理、副行长，总行结算业务部总经理等职务。湖南财经学院金融学在职研究生结业，高级经济师，IFC国际保理师。

Shan Jianbao has been served as Deputy Governor of China Everbright Bank (CEB) since January 2000 and once served as Director and Chief Representative of CEB South Africa Office. From October 1985 to December 1999, he has served successively in the Bank of China (BOC) as Assistant Manager in London Branch, Deputy Director and Director in Department of International Trade Settlement of Henan Branch, Assitant to Governor and Deputy Governor in Henan Branch, and General Manager in Settlement and Clearing Department of head office. He completed a course of finance major in Hunan Institute of Finance and Economy and acquired the title of Senior Economist and IFC International Factoring Agent.
