Dong Fan北京师范大学管理学院教授，房地产研究中心主任。
经济学家、房地产专家、北京师范大学房地产研究中心主任、博导，兼任民革中央委员、国家审计署特约审计员、建设部专家委员会委员及清华、北大等多所大学总裁班兼职教授。研究方向为房地产(土地)经济与管理、国民经济管理、区域经济管理、政治经济学。在房地产领域他的观点对国家决策和舆论都具有重要影响,提出了构建“缘西边境国际经济合作带”、实施“双向经济环流战略”两个国家经济发展战略主张和“工业化进程规律”等多个具有创新意义的理论观点和范畴。主持国家社科基金和省部级课题5项，主编国家“十五”重点图书等6套丛书，出版著作近10部，在国际会议和《经济研究》等报刊发表文章300余篇。
Dong Fan is the Ph.D. Advisor, professor, young economist, current Director of the Real Estate Research Center of Beijing Normal University. He is also the member of Chinese Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee, the special auditor of National Audit Offce, member of the Ministry of Construction Expert Committee members and Tsinghua University, and part-time professor of Peking University& Tsinghua University CEO Class. Research interests include Real Estate, Economics and Management, national economic management, regional economic management, political economy. In real estate research, his point always draws public's attention and has signifcant impact on the policy decision of national leadership. He proposed to build a "geo-West Frontier of international economic cooperation zone",to implement "two-way economic circulation strategy" economic development strategy and the "law of the industrialization process".
