Kin is the Director, Organisational and Leadership Development at KPMG China, where he is responsible for designing and implementing various strategic people programs to enhance the performance and engagement levels of the KPMG talents across China. He has also rolled out a number of strategic organisational development initiatives to support the Firm in achieving its growth vision. Kin was trained as an industrial-organisational psychologist and started his professional career in the United States. He later on returned to Asia and managed the consulting and assessment business of a global HR consultancy. He is a Registered Psychologist of the Hong Kong Psychological Society, and served as the Chairman of the Division of Industrial-Organisational Psychology from 2010 to 2012.
